This very popular and fun class (90 minutes) is designed to work the veterans and allow new participants to get involved. This class consists of an eclectic mix of high energy music, boxing fundamentals and fitness.
High energy cardio class using small hand weights. This is a very demanding class which uses a variety of cardio and conditioning techniques to increase cardio fitness, muscle strength, and endurance. Use of weights.
Group weight training and anaerobic interval class. Opportunity to learn how to work with weights properly. strengthen and define muscle while burning calories. High intensity workout. Nice mix for all levels. Use of body weight bars.
Ideal for those that are familiar with basic yoga moves but looking for more. A combination of yoga moves with balance and strength. Power yoga energizes the body and focus the mind.
