Highly qualified instructors create programmes tailored to focusing on helping your team exceed and excel in their game. We incorporate a wide variety of techniques including but not limited to: agililty training, cardio boxing, spinning and much more. The end result?

The Program
• Group training for up to 20 players
• 1 1⁄2 hour training sessions (details below)
• Specific program design for athletes to follow with handout
• Nutrition recommendations with handout
• Special supplement pricing
• Special membership pricing available for athletes and parents

Training Session includes:
Warm-up, stretching, CARDIO BOXING, spinning, core conditioning, agility/mobility drills, speed drills, power / strength drills, heavy bag work, weight training and endurance. Finish up with stretching (a valuable tool to recover faster, get stronger and develop greater focus), and much more.

Personal training will help supplement the athlete’s development during the Team Training course and beyond! We are pleased to offer 10% off 10 session packages (see an Associate for details).
