No membership required!At fuel your first class or workout in the club is FREE! You just need to fill out and sign a waiver. After that there are various options like a day pass (no membership required) , a 10 pass (10 sessions to use when you want- cheaper than a day pass and no membership required) or you can get a membership (this is the most economical way and if you do a lot of classes- which most of our members do- you will most likely want to go this route). How else? Trainers can bring their clients in without getting a membership. For a small fee you get a clean, well equiped facility and you will have access to our full line of strength and cardio equipment, functional training equipment, aerobics room and boxing area (when classes are not in session) and full amenities (showers, etc). We are conveniently located at 4500 Dixie Road (between Eglinton and Eastgate). Time to FUEL UP!!! May sound a little crazy to you…3 different workouts in an hour and a half may sound a little crazy to you, but if you want results that is the way to go. I enjoy Psycho Saturdays because I get to engage in different workouts that challenge my body in a different ways. The trainers at Fuel Fitness are amazing, Marc gets your mind in to it, Donavan is all about the core and Sharon and Barney take you to the next level with anaerobic and strength training, this beats running on the treadmill for an hour. You’re working several muscle groups at the same time allowing you to burn more calories… you will look even hotter in a bikini! Natalie Group Exercise TipsShow up early and meet with the instructor. Let them know you are a beginner and to take it easy on you! FUEL instructors will know how to modify exercises and monitor your intensity during the class. No one is watching you! If you think people are watching you, what do you think they are thinking? Beginners usually think people are watching them too- so they are focused on themselves just like you! Intermediate and advanced participants are doing their thing- moving, focused on the weights, their body, the music or the instructor but not you. Bring a friend. This will bring some familiarity and make it more fun. Besides, misery loves company- ha! Err on the side of caution. You do not have to prove anything to anyone. You need to go at your own pace. Many of the participants in any group exercise class have been doing it for years. They started somewhere too. Shock the system. Once you get used to a class it is a good idea to try something new. The body adapts quickly a change will really kick-start those muscles and your metabolism once again. At FUEL we have many classes to choose from like Cardio Pump, Boxing and Spinning… and to really shake it up join a RIPPED session! Reach beyond your goal. Every rep and every step put that little extra into it. Look around you- the fittest people in the class are also working the hardest… all the way through! Have a sense of humour- don’t take life too seriously- no-one gets out alive!
