New Yellow Belts!Hello Fuel TKD, Gare ———————————————– What an awesome grading, everyone worked so hard! Congrats, fellow yellow belts! Thanks, Marc, for an amazing TKD experience!!! And thanks to everyone for making Fuel TKD an awesome club - you guys all rock!!! ———————————————– No membership required!At fuel your first class or workout in the club is FREE! You just need to fill out and sign a waiver. After that there are various options like a day pass (no membership required) , a 10 pass (10 sessions to use when you want- cheaper than a day pass and no membership required) or you can get a membership (this is the most economical way and if you do a lot of classes- which most of our members do- you will most likely want to go this route). How else? Trainers can bring their clients in without getting a membership. For a small fee you get a clean, well equiped facility and you will have access to our full line of strength and cardio equipment, functional training equipment, aerobics room and boxing area (when classes are not in session) and full amenities (showers, etc). We are conveniently located at 4500 Dixie Road (between Eglinton and Eastgate). Time to FUEL UP!!! Inspiring Leadership and great coaching…Hey guys great class today…I just wanted to say thanks to you both for such Inspiring Leadership and great coaching. You have created an environment that strikes the right balance between learning technique, conditioning and fun (And of course there is the massage….). We get such phenomenal tips and feedback – it really is such an honour and pleasure learning from you guys! Next beer is on me. Diane May sound a little crazy to you…3 different workouts in an hour and a half may sound a little crazy to you, but if you want results that is the way to go. I enjoy Psycho Saturdays because I get to engage in different workouts that challenge my body in a different ways. The trainers at Fuel Fitness are amazing, Marc gets your mind in to it, Donavan is all about the core and Sharon and Barney take you to the next level with anaerobic and strength training, this beats running on the treadmill for an hour. You’re working several muscle groups at the same time allowing you to burn more calories… you will look even hotter in a bikini! Natalie |
