What's New At Fuel Fitness
We're running our own Bootcamp with Ann Marie, starting this week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7am.
Wednesday lunchtime Registration Yoga with Lisa is back! It begins this January 11th @Noon. A minimum of 8 participants is required for this class to proceed.
Sharon is running a 90 day S&M Challenge (that's Strength & Muscle) to get you RIP'd. Details to come, but it starts Saturday, January 21st @11:15am with a one hour Fitness Test to identify 10 lucky, qualifying participants who really want to get a kick start to a healthier lifestyle.
Kettlebell training is back starting Tuesday, January 24th @7pm. Join Jay for another great registration class to refresh the basic techniques and learn lots of new ones. $8/wk for 8 weeks.
Coming soon, the 30 day, Get Back to FIt Challenge. We'll share some tips and information to help you get back into a healthy workout routine of 5 days on, 2 days off.
